Kiva.org is honored to announce the addition of Reid Hoffman to Kiva.org's Board of Directors. Reid is currently CEO and co-founder of LinkedIn. Prior to LinkedIn, Reid was Executive Vice President of PayPal. At PayPal, Reid was in charge of all business relationships: business development, corporate development, international, government relations, and banking/payments infrastructure. Complete with hardwood floors and a great cafe across the street, we're all looking forward to holding meetings around the water cooler and figuring out how we'll decorate. We are pleased to announce a new addition to Kiva.org's management team, Olana Hirsch Khan, as Chief Operating Officer.  A 6-year Google veteran, Olana is responsible for scaling and managing Kiva.org's core operations.  While at Google, Olana oversaw the International Sales Professional Services team and developed deep expertise in scaling teams and operations in rapidly changing environments.
